The pool and garden area

The pool is down one flight of stairs and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair use or the elderly.

Safety

Children are welcome to stay.  The apartment balconies have a small railing going around for safety but no responsibility will be taken by the owners for any accidents occurred.  Children should be supervised by an adult when using the pool and garden area.

Smoking

We operate a no smoking policy indoors but occupants can smoke on the balconies or garden areas.  Ashtrays are provided.

Cleanliness

A departure clean will be included in the rental cost.  It would be appreciated if guests can leave the apartment clean and tidy, empty the fridge and dispose of all rubbish.

Entry to Turkey

Please ensure you have comprehensive holiday insurance as Turkey is not in the EU.  When you arrive at the airport you will need to pay the equivalent of £10 in note form for a visa to enter the country.

Booking with us

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on each booking.  The balance of payment is to be made ten weeks before the holiday.
There is a 'breakage deposit' for loss or damages of £100 that is refundable upon the apartment being checked after your departure.
